These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the game impossible to pass level 42! (“itpl 42!”, “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Your subscription is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, cheat, exploit, disrupt, or misuse the app or its leaderboards, and not to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content (for example as a leaderboard name).
The app, including its code, artwork, characters, name, and design, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular level can or cannot be completed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
