itpl 42!

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the game impossible to pass level 42! (“itpl 42!”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. We built the game to be enjoyed without an account, and we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run it, fix it, and improve it.

The short version. No sign-up. No selling your data. Your puzzle progress lives on your device. We use standard analytics and crash tools to keep the game working, and Apple handles your subscription payments.

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

How we use it

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers that make the app work: Apple (payments), Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, leaderboards), and RevenueCat (subscription status). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Children

itpl 42! is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices & rights

Data retention & security

Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, then aggregated or deleted per our providers’ standard retention windows. We rely on industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for these transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
